art in situ

live art has an energy that reproductions lack. the textures and painterly effects are flattened, simply absent. while painting is termed 2D, it's a minomer in this respect.

i suggest art in home and office be periodically changed, as it keeps appreciation keen and the environment stimulating.

another benefit is that, like a compelling piece
of literature, when you unwrap and re-hang a painting you may well see it differently in a new light, a nuance previously overlooked may present.
